The job requires one to manage multiple aspects of the gym including, but not limited to; membership sales, PT sales, manage customer accounts, marketing, member experience, cleanliness of facility, etc.

Sales or Fitness
Experience:
Ideally 1-2 years as a gym manager and/or personal training manager.
Other relevant sales and management experience is okay.
Must be Social Media inclined (daily posts, videos, promotions, managing the page daily, etc) Membership Sales --extensive experience with sales and marketing strategies.
Reach out to prospects to set up gym tours, help them with sign ups, and work with certified trainers to sell PT packages.
Club Promotional Marketing --We love the creative guerrilla type marketing! We do use traditional marketing strategies (television, radio, newspaper, direct mail, etc.
), but we really prefer the creative stuff.
A good understanding of how to use social media is a must.
Community Involvement --We love being a part of the local community.
There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business.
We actively participate in the local Chamber of Commerce and community-sponsored events.
Floor Time --Anticipate members' needs (equipment assistance, general questions).
Get surprisingly personable (learn names, introduce yourself, learn about members and their families).
Proactively market club programs & events (FCs, classes, sessions, etc.
).
Miscellaneous cleaning & pick up.
Member Experience/Retention -- We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make each member's and guest's experience exceptional! Do you have this effect on people? Must maintain a clear line of communication with ownership on a daily basis(texts, calls, emails.
video conferencing), sometimes hourly basis.
Must have a working cell phone, and reliable transportation.
